Founded in 2016 by business owner Carlos Peña, Paper City Clothing Company is an art gallery and cultural event space in the heart of Holyoke. Following a social enterprise model working to create creative and economic opportunities for youth in Holyoke, we fund our operations by offering the highest quality custom apparel services as well as original clothing lines printed in house.
