What's the process for turning around my Promo Package order?
Step 1: You select the package and purchase by checking out of our online store (payment by credit, debit, or PayPal) 
Step 2: You will get a confirmation email from us that requests order detials such as determining the item sizes, item colors, and confirming your artwork is print-ready. IF artwork is not print-ready we can assist with a charge of $35/hour for artwork prep. 
Step 3: Your order is ready for pickup or shipped to you 3 weeks from the date order details are confirmed.
